Pressing and oil extraction.

by a single cold pressing :
to obtain oils whose "essential constituents "(polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins) are not altered,
avoid undesired overheating.
- Preheating is banned (preheating can get a better yield of oil)
- The extraction is carried out smoothly and in a single pressure. It then creates a heat due to mechanical crushing: it must not exceed 50 ° C.
By cold pressing: after a first pressure, the cake obtained was pressed to extract a portion of the remaining oil.
Virgin oils are obtained only by mechanical process, clarified by physical or mechanical means and
do not undergo any chemical treatment or no refining operation.
